The production of products can not be separated from mechanical equipment. The new plant of Bmei Plastics has upgraded and reformed the workshops. The injection molding workshop has been upgraded to high-precision Haitian injection molding machine, the number of injection molding machine is twice that of the old factory, and a number of high-precision Haitian two-color injection molding machines have been introduced; Packaging workshop has introduced a number of automatic equipment, including automatic press brush rod machine, automatic ultrasonic side leakage machine, etc., improve production efficiency while further improving product quality; Printing workshop has also introduced a number of automatic printing equipment, including automatic two-color circular tube screen printing machine, automatic two-color flat screen printing machine and so on. Therefore, the hardware can meet the production requirements of higher quality products.

· Clean and tidy production environment

The injection molding and packaging workshop of the new plant is dust-free design. The injection molding workshop has also been upgraded with a central feeding system, which adopts the design method of “one machine, one tube” to reduce the pollution of raw materials and dust to the injection molding production to the lowest degree, so as to maintain a clean production workshop. In addition to the hardware upgrade, we also implement the 6S workshop management system, every day to the 6S management concept of the workshop inspection and supervision, so that every Bmei people will implement the 6S concept in the heart, the implementation of the line.
